Ordered a customized CD. Placed order on 4th Dec, dispatched the 8th and arrived the 12th. Speedy delivery. CD arrived in perfect condition, cover was exactly as I customized it. The CD played all the songs as expected. Absolutely over the moon with it! I was also able to track my delivery through a link to the Royal Mail sent in an email from MixPixie. CD wasn't too expensive, at just 5 pounds, delivery was about 6 but that's due to me living abroad. I didn't have any need to ask for a refund or deal with customer service so I can't advise there. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my product and would recommend this service.
