Today my business used MJ Church’s man in a van removal service for a large house clearance. Ben and Caleb arrived on site early which was a very good start. Ben introduced himself and his colleague Caleb in an incredibly professional and personable manner. I was expecting a man and I was expecting a van. I was not expecting such a friendly and professional welcome but both Ben and Caleb quickly exceeded my expectations. Ben was very organised and thorough when explaining his proposed plan to tackle the waste removal and immediately put me at ease. As a business owner myself, I know that finding good staff is very difficult. MJ Church clearly know a thing or two when it comes to hiring their staff because there thoroughness and efficiency was exceptional. I rarely leave feedback of this kind as I hold high standards that are seldom met but today Ben, Caleb and MJ Church utterly obliterated expectations. Mr Church, if you are reading this, thank you very much for providing such an exceptional service today and these two employees of yours did your company proud. Thank you ever so much Guys!
