I was scammed and receiver absolutely no gold, i sent an email to customer service, provided them with PROOF OF PAYMENT (bank transactions), and they just told me that i should check the status on their website which says 'canceled' and they claim i did not pay. And after this they ignored my messages from there on, i was going to buy a very big amount but decided to test a small 10 euro purchase first, GOT SCAMMED WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
