Installation was simple and it is heavy. It doesn't tip over or anything even when you don't screw it down. It was in my living room, to my son's room, to the patio, to the backyard. Even with all of that moving around within the last few years, it's fine. None of the screws that holds it together came loose. I had no rusting issues. But I do throw a cover over it now.
