They claim to offer a 30-day money back guarantee if there is a problem. But then they pretend they didn't get the message or that it's too late. A message was sent the next day and then they pretend they don't have it. At the end, they will tell you that the 30-day period has passed. They don't answer the phone and they charge a minimum of £150 to return the goods. They claim that they have a sales department, after-sales service, etc. that is busy, but there is only one person at the end of the line - a sole proprietorship. They don't answer the phone, they are difficult to reach, they behave rudely and are rude. If you buy from them, they are ok, but if there is a problem, they will tell you to go away. They are scammers and scammers. I reported them to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice and Anti-Fraud. I will participate in a legal auction against their company
