Absolutely horrible company to purchase from. Ordered a sofa, the wrong one arrived 3 months later. Then after many complaints we finally got the right one a total of 6 months after the initial order. Now, 11 months in, the chaise part of the sofa snapped when sitting on it. I've been told that i'm too aggressive with my sitting, (I'm just 72kgs) and that it's not designed for that. Even though the sofa is under warranty and guarantee the company refuses to fix or replace the part. It's obviously poorly made, and while might look attractive on the surface, do not be fooled. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm taking the company to the small claims court and CAB as they refuse to remedy the situation.
