This is by far the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. I urge you not to deal with this dreadful store. Months of emails and calls and stress trying to get a sofa which eventually arrived completely broken and terrible quality and then more stress trying to get a refund from them, it could not have been a worse experience. It was so much work trying to get them to answer calls to respond to emails and on the odd occasion they did they are unable to help. The delivery was so bad it was cancelled many times and then when they arrived to pick the broken sofa up they said they hadn't got enough room on the van! It was awful from start to finish.
