This has to be by far THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The sofa arrived with both the wrong parts and missing parts, the delivery guys would not take it back with them and left it with me unpackaged. When I tried to get in touch to sort this there is NO answer on the phone lines and emails take ages to be answered. Finally a collection for the refund was arranged, I reminded them the sofa was unpackaged and they collection guys would need to repack - they have turned up with no packaging so ca not accept the sofa without damaging it resulting in no refund. I can not get through the phone line to speak to anyone and no one is answering my email - I have 2 parts to the wrong sofa with no legs and no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - also the quality is terrible you can hear the plastic rustle underneath the fabric of the sofa!
