Ordered a four poster bed and the original delivery date "mysteriously" changed from the website availability so was over a week later then we originally thought. The boxes was dumped in the foyer of our building, no text or contact beforehand as listed in their T&C's, they also refused to take it to the apartment floor. We don't have a lift in our building. We couldn't even find a link to pay extra to get it delivered to the correct floor, also stated on the website. The wrong colour was sent and trying to contact someone to report this was a complete farce. When someone did finally reply to my emails, having already sent them a clear photo of the wrong furniture, they insisted on further photos. We then had to keep chasing to get a response, they finally admitted it was their mistake. (Brown wood is obviously a very different colour to black which is what we ordered). Then said a courier would come to collect and they will resend the correct bed, then I received an email, again after phone calls chasing for the courier details and new delivery date, constantly being told "we'll get back to you" and never do, to offer me £15 refund and keep the bed. I again confirmed we wanted the correct item and could they please collect the incorrect item. Not heard anything since. All emails are now being ignored and when I try to call now, there is recorded message asking to provide a pin number to speak to customer service! Incorrect bed had to be moved by ourselves as blocking access to the entrance to the building. Do not order anything from this company.
