The item we ordered was never dispatched - then when I chased them up after the delivery eta came and went they said to wait 5-10 days…so I asked for a tracking number so I could keep an eye on it…and the next thing they say is that, actually, the item was dispatched but then damaged in transit! Also, coincidentally,it was the very last one they had in stock so I’d have to pick something else…When I asked for the tracking number as proof this was actually the case they have ignored me. No idea why they are being either deliberately obscure about this or lying about it ever being dispatched? Either way, I didn’t trust them after this so am getting a refund. Pretty frustrating.
