Took 2 weeks to receive my set of drawers, then when i came to build it and count all the parts, one of the side panels was missing and therefore i could not build the unit at all. I was told to ring the after sales support line to resolve and all they did was divert me to send an email to aftersales and it will be dealt with. Really poor customer service and still no solution or offer of recompense for the disruption or to keep me as a customer.
