Advertised as free delivery to my postcode. They then tried to charge me an extra £92 surcharge days after I put the order in. When I queried why they were asking me for extra cash after advertising delivery as free to UK mainland, they said they could not fulfil my order and issued me a refund. Pointless waste of time. The customer service over the phone and email was shocking - they don't care about their customers. I'd advise not to shop here even if you see something at a reasonable price. It's not worth the risk. Look at all the negative reviews (as I wish I had done before purchasing anything). Still awaiting refund also...
