We've only just started building this. The first two pieces are missing down holes. The second two pieces are too long. After drilling holes and cutting wood, we put everything together and then find a crack, which will be at the front and visible. This is ridiculous. The instructions are poor and no support as we are more than 20 miles from London so can't pay for installation. Do we carry on? If we don't, will they accept a return now that everything (apart from the mirror - hope its ok) is unpacked? The thing is that it looks so good. My advice, if you're capable of building a wardrobe from scratch and so can make the needed modifications, consider it. If not don't even think about it!
