I bought a sofa from this site but when it arrived the cushions didn't even fit it so they sent me replacements. On the site the seat cushions looked rounded and very plump, nothing like what I received, My cushions were alot thinner, square looking and hard. I phoned wanting to return it because it looked nothing like the images that encouraged me to order the sofa in the first place. They told me I would have to pay £80 to return it, I was flabagasted to be honest.
