Avoid this company at all costs, ordering and dealing with them has been the worst customer experience. I ordered a black bed which arrived over 2 weeks late. When we was unpacking the bed we realised they had sent us a black headboard and blue side panels & footboard. It’s impossible to speak to someone and when you do email they don’t take any responsibility or provide any useful information what so ever. It then took them over 3 weeks to deliver us the correct parts (we felt we had no choice but to wait because like so many other have said we feared they would tell us we would be charged to have it collected & returned… despite it being their mistake!!) I will never order from them again and would urge anyone who is considering to 100% find an alternative retailer.
