AVOID. They NEVER answer the phone. They had to reschedule the initial sofa delivery but waited until the last minute to bother telling me. When the sofa finally did arrive it was the wrong one. Cannot get them on the phone at all. For the second delivery they just did not bother to turn up & when I messaged to ask where they were they replied that they had to reschedule again for the same obviously made up excuse. I still do not have the right sofa & I can’t get hold of anyone in the company. Disgrace
