After 5 weeks I finally got my bed. I was advised I would receive the bed within 10 days, but no after constant chasing and various emails daily I got it after 5 weeks. Customer service is very poor. I get passed pillow to post. I get promised call backs and never do it’s so poor. When bed arrived spending all day putting it together with no instructions whatsoever , I found out they sent me the wrong headboard it was to small for a king size they send me a double headboard. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the delivery of this headboard. I’ve never experienced nothing like this. I also went on the website and my beds not there anymore so it will be very interesting on what they come back and tell me now. MN are like a bad smell you can’t get rid off. I bet I don’t get compensation for this either it’s a joke
