I purchased a £600 sofa which they informed me they do not actually have or will ever have yet accepted my money. They said they could send an alternative which I agreed to which turned up broken beyond belief. After informing them they offered me less than 1% discount which is outright insulting. Since asking who their legal representatives are for my lawyer and trading and standard they have decided not to reply. If anyone knows who their legal representatives are please do let me know so this can be reported to the correct authorities to ensure others aren’t conned by these cowboys.
