These are a very Untrustworthy company. DO NOT WASTE TIME CALLING THEM IT COSTS YOU 45 pence a minute and your on hold for at least half an hour every time. I ordered a pine shelf that they said was in stock and did not arrive. Tried emailing them several times and got no response. Had to call them and was on hold for ages each time, only to be cut off after about half an hour, making you call back again. When I eventually got through they said it was damaged in transit even though it showed it still had not been dispatched. They offered me an unsuitable replacement or refund, so I requested a refund. A lot of hassle and waste of time and then added grief when my phone bill showed £28 in phone calls to them. Would Never recommend them to anyone !
