I still have not received my sofa because the delivery company they use failed to deliver on the agreed date. When I contacted the company, they expect me to wait another 3 working days to see if the product turns up before chasing it up. Do these people realise that if customers don't go to work, they wont be able to buy their goods? Terrible service. I have since heard from this company who despite it not being my fault that the goods have not been delivered will not allow me to cancel the goods based on the failure of the courier company to deliver on the agreed date. What they have said is they will extract a charge if I cancel the order as it is apparently at the depot and being dispatched again within 3-5 working days. Well why didn't they deliver yesterday as promised? No mention of that point. Beware and stay away from this company because once they have your money they will keep it even if they have failed to deliver on the specified date.
