I bought a quite expensive phone screen protector. Through no fault of theirs it was missing one of two screen protectors. The instructions unknown to me were for a slightly older phone which ruined my first attempt. I thought I was out 50 pounds. But in contacting them I was presently surprised that with no argument and much good will they sent me a replacement that I received the next day. You really don't get service like that these days and they should be commended for putting the customer first! I've dealt with them before and they are always polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again.
