Called to enquire about a tyre as mine was punctured. The man (if you can call him that) asked what brand I would like, never been in a situation like this before so I was confused. His attitude started to come out and his tone was very much condescending. I told him I couldn’t find the brand on the tyre and because of his tone I felt uncomfortable and told him it was ok I’ll look somewhere else. Before I could say anything else, he hung up. Would never come across this business again nor recommend it to anyone. Disturbing attitude, would give it a 0 if I could.
