A pothole punctured my tyre (was more like a sinkhole). The guy I had came out in good timing considering where he had come from- and fixed my tyre in no time at all. When I went to start my engine up, my battery was flat; but he stayed with me despite the fact neither of us had jump leads (and he didn’t have to) helped me knock on doors and jump started my car for me. Brilliant service and very empathetic. What more could you want
