Equipment is easy to install, however instructions need to be upgraded. Mobile device must be carried in pocket or purse when away from home. That should be in BOLD LETTERS.
Pendant detects a fall and is VERY sensitive. Bracelet does not detect a fall, only has emergency button.
My pendant went off once and I pressed the blue button which cancelled the mobile device, but did not cancel the home station (I was in the house at the time). There is a lot to learn. I got great information from customer service.
