One of the worst experiences I have ever had..did not order equipment although I had wanted to its all about my order and how it was it was mishandled by the person who took my order and when I sought assistance from customer service they did not respond to multiple calls from me. I was told that my order in amount of 123.90 was denied by my credit card..not true it was pending I told this by my credit card company that the amount had been approved, the salesman said he would resubmit the order the next day. Well what he did submit was to submit request for a different amount and yes this time the credit card denied it as after submitting the ORIGINAL ORDER FOR 129.30 I only had 1.79 left in my account thus by this second submission it appeares I had two orders 129.30 PENDING... AND ONE FOR 64.OO WHICH I DID NOT PLACE, NOT ONLY WAS THIS SECOND ORDER RESUBMITTED 3 TIMES TO MY IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS AND DENIED 3 TIMES BY MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT after countless phone calls to you customer service giving the original approval code and time it was approved FOR THE AMOUNT OF MY ONLY ORDER IN THE A MOUNT OF 129.30 AND EVERY TIME IT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE SECOND LOWER AMOUNT. After all this my credit card charge for 129.30 was put back on to my credit card by my credit company. YOUR LACK OF FOLLOWING EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS ALSO COS ME 33 POINTS ON MY CREDIT SCORE. SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL, I EVEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 23 48 HOURS FOR THAT TO HAPPEN AAND BT THE TIME THE LAPSED TIME JUST CAME TO LATE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE..
