I purchased this unit for my recently widowed mother, who is elderly and lives out of town. I submitted a request on their website and they called me within 5 minutes. Samantha walked me through everything, gave me suggestions and arranged the entire process. Then, the company walked my mom through how to set everything up and did some test calls.
