My experience with MobilHelp has been great. My husband accidentally set the alarm off and
the response was immediate. The device you wear around your neck is lightweight and very
unintrusive. My husband has gone into a Memory Center and no longer needs the device. MobileHelp was easy to work with refunding my unused payment and returning the equipment to them.
