EXTREMELY disappointing. Thank God I haven't had to use this thing in an actual emergency! Today the device began flashing for no reason. When I performed a test the test "Failed" and I was told to contact the Call Center. Of course the "Complete User Guide" doesn't include any important phone numbers but only tells you to "refer to the website listed on the contact information card". So, aside from the "Complete User Guide" how many friggin' pieces of paper do I need to keep?
Very disappointing, very not user friendly.
