The Caption Call was originally placed in our home for my husband but was a help to me as I wear hearing aids and am hard of hearing, also I handled many of the calls for him. My husband passed away recently and I spoke to my audiologist about getting Caption Call for myself which she agreed I needed. When Caption Call contacted me, I explained I already had the phone and they told me they would come check to see if I had the most recent model and take care of some technicalities.
