Although their device is smaller, I did not like the fact that we would have to sign a 3-year contract and must pay in full for a year. They were also so pushy and called at least 5 times to see if I was going to choose them. I finally had to call and leave a message telling them to stop calling me. Your company from the get-go impressed me. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that I dealt with. They were so nice knowledgeable and not pushy. The best part was when we called from my mom's house to test the device. The gentleman had me raise the device above my head and drop it to test it.
