We selected MobileHelp because of the ease of use and the ratings found online. One big plus for the selection of MobileHelp is that no central station is required. If my mother falls, she could be in another part of the house where she could not be heard by the central station. With the single pendant, communication is available right there alleviating the need to contact 911 in case of a false alarm. Now, if we could just make sure she wears the pendant when she's moving around the house...
