I have only been on the plan a few short months and so far it's working out just fine. I have, on a rare occasion, been alerted that a fall was detected but
So far it's always been a false alarm. They are quick to respond and very easy for me to just push the button to end the alert. Doesn't get much easier then that. Comfortable as well. I would recommend the Mobil Help alarm to anyone who lives alone or even just home alone for part of the day.
