Prepaid a year for my mother. Received Device. Was not able to activate. Spent an hour with technical support. Sent back device. They sent another device out. I could not activate this one. Spent an hour with technical l support. Sent it back. Took a week to get a prepaid fed ex shipping label emailed to me.
Am waiting for my refund.
