MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I TEST ,i GET A FAILED ON AND SOMETIMES AFTER A FEW MIN. IT SAYS ALL IS OKAY AND OTHER TIMES STAYS AT FAILED NO NOTHING BACK.
THIS "MOBILEHELP CONFUSES ME TO NO END. YES,AND I HAVE CALLED IN ON IT AND AM NOW ON MY 2ND MOBILEHELP AS THE 1ST MOBILEHELP WAS REPLACED AND RETURNED. POOR QUALITY IS ALL I CAN THINK IT CAN BE. HMMM???
