So far we have not needed to use the service but the peace of mind of having it available is priceless. The unit was easy to set up and test. MobileHelp is a huge part of allowing my mother to maintain her independence and not feel like a burden to her loved ones which is not possible from our perspective but it is an issue for aging parents, MobileHelp allows us to respect that.
