I Mobile help system seemed to work, but we didn't have it long enough. When I tried to return the system, the first customer service person told me she would send a paid mailing slip. The next gal, after I received a conflicting email with the return directions, said no to a paid postage slip, because my mom had not died. I feel you should pay the return postage no matter happens to the person using your Mobile Help system.
