The devices, namely the neck pendant and the wrist device, have been faulty, however, and it took over a year with your company to get ones that work well. I thank you for replacing them very quickly. Also, this rating request was sent to my name (Mann) to my son-in-law's email address. I am now the one paying for your service. He originally did but not any more. His name should be in the list of contacts to be informed in case I am ever taken to the hospital.
