As far as equipment and response I have been happy however I have never had to use it for an emergency it has given me peace of mind knowing I could get help as live alone.
The only complaint I have is that they do not give the $25 gift card they advertise if you get someone to sign up. I feel this is false advertising and needs investigation into . I refer many people to the company and if I don't call and request the card they ignore it.
