I have two accounts. Both with the same equipment. My Mom has 9 alerts today in 10 min. One of her items was malfunctioning. Mobile Help could not tell us which piece it was.
My wife has a fall pendant which has gone off several times when she is just getting in or out of her chair. This seems to be something that needs to be corrected.
