Took my PS4 in for an HDMI port repair - got quoted £60 and a one week turnaround time. Two weeks after dropping it off in their Hucknall store, I chased an update via phone call (no answer) and eventually got a text message through asking what was the matter. Got told there had been delays and they would have to get in touch with ‘HQ’. Was then promised an update would follow in due course. No update was received; I phoned twice, to no answer, and messaged and emailed to no answer. Eventually took time out of my working day to go into their store where conveniently it so happened my PlayStation was under the counter, awaiting collection!
Rating two stars for rubbish communications and false promises - but Jamie in store was helpful and willing to assist, and my PlayStation was repaired sufficiently. This doesn’t mean I would recommend and I certainly won’t be using again.
