Left our phone for the screen to be repaired and asked for a screen protector to be ordered. Went in four days later and they had completely forgotten about it and not ordered the part. Was fixed the following day, but they had then forgotten to order the screen protector (!) Repair is a good job but the experience left me with no confidence and I wouldn't go back.
