I used their website to buy a new phone and switch my network from Three to Vodafone. My SIM card has been disabled a day before the new one arrives, and I've lost access to the Internet and cannot use online banking or other services that require two-factor authentication. This all happened without any warning, and there is no way to complain, as they only have a phone contact available on their website (no online chat, etc.) - which I can't use as I no longer have access to a GSM network. Very disappointed!
