I don't know what to do! Has anyone had issues with tranding In your old phone? I sent my s8 on the 2nd of December! I've heard nothing about my phone. I would say looking at call log I have called mobile directs about 10 times about this issues, and live chatted, well I've lost count. All I get told is I'll get an email or a phone call later on the same day. Nothing! Again today one month on, and yes I get we've had xmas and new year, but come on! I just want my phone back or money! This is an appalling services! I've never in my life put up with anything like this. I will never again ever use mobile phones direct after my contract is UP. as for family and friends i will be telling them not to bother, social media is power tool. I doubt I will ever get my money for my Samsung Galaxy s8 that was in perfect condition. what do I even do? Maybe a cool to citizen advice will put my in the right direction, as I'm getting now where with anyone at mobile directs.
