I reveived unlocking service from this company on 27th august. Firstly they asked £11, sortly after they requested final price £26 with claiming 24 hours resolution time. It has been more than 2 weeks there is no codes. Although I wrote them on their chat system they gave me same copy-paste answers. I even didnt reply them on the chat option or email system because they sent email from no-reply email addresses. Acorrding to them they completed process but I dont have code they are asking '20 more for NUC code which is free at vodafone! They are just distract my problem and my refund request. They didnt complete the job I paid 37 and I am asking my money back
