Not great to be honest. Honest is probably a good word to use here. The website hides/doesn't make it clear that the first payment isn't to unlock your phone at all £11.99.
That initial payment is just to do a 'check'. Then they ask you to pay an additional £25.99 to actually unlock your phone.
I regret using mobileunlocks.com for sure.
