Hesitant to use at first as there are so many scam sites out there. This is a genuine site :) It was easy to use and very quick unlocking, allmost instant. You need the unique phone serial number to get started, 'MobileUnlocks' had instructions for finding this which was very helpfull. You also have a portal you can check the progress of the unlock. Over all i was happy with the service but the payment and advertised price felt underhand. The price in big letters splashed around is NOT the final price you will pay, i'm sure somewhere on the website it says that the unlock price is in two halves, but i did not see it (like i am sure many others). The first cheeper payment is just 'to see if they can do it', the second payment which is twice the price is to actually do the unlock. You feel like you are being held to ransome. This soured the experience for me. I understand why it is done this way but the pricing should be more transparent. Mrs McMillan
