Do not use this company everything from survey and fit was appalling, a 3 day installation took 8, it was such a bad job it had to be completely refitted, another 5 days. My 85 yr old mother had to move out of the property Customer service was disgusting, difficult to actually speak to anyone No compensation offered. 90% of the bathroom was paid for upfront. I feel they prey on the elderly. I asked for a breakdown of costs and was refused this. Just the worst company ever. Dr Hilary Jones backs this company, surely he must be unaware of how incapable the complete team are, as I am convinced he would not put his name to such a cowboy outfit.
