Outstanding customer service, they contacted me to ask which wheel I was using the fast charger with, I told them I was going to use it for my V11 and maybe my V8F, they advised me not to use it with the V8F as it would damage the unit. Thanks for saving me a lot of time and money! The fast charger works great with my V11 providing fast charges when needed, but also providing very low (1-2amp) charging on a normal basis.
