i write to review the performance of your highly reputable organisation as a personal experience as a customer and not with any one influence or advice. I believe i joined MTN since the last eight years an has always be my number one network. We had had many challenges as far as network problem is concern.It happen when many Ghanains had to import their services to other network bacuase of bad services.But some of us still believe in the services rendered by you and always stand firm when it comes to defending you. But not withstanding this issues, i believe there is still more to do as far as networking is concern.Expecially now that people depend on you for withdrawal of money. The services i must say is still not the best and i am hoping that coming soon things will change to normalcy. Thanks.
