My experience is similar to others. Ordered SD card which was not delivered. Complained and was offered a refund which I have not yet received. After initially thinking it was just poor service I now realise this company is a complete scam, plain and simple. Rather shocking as they were one of the first companies to come up on an internet search, are supposedly based in the UK and have a very genuine looking website. I'm surprised they've not been prosecuted and shut down yet, but there you go, lesson learnt. I've contacted my bank regarding the debit card payment dispute but they say they need a "refund voucher" which I don't have. It was only for £16 but don't like the idea of them getting away with it. Does anyone have advice on how to get money back?
I'm also slightly concerned for myself and others that these scammers now have our bank card details. During the same time period my bank contacted me about suspicious activity on my account. No proof it was Mobymemory but I'd advise checking your accounts for anything you don't recognise.
